An order is submitted upon receipt of the payment.
The contract of an order is made only upon acceptance from ABACA. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
The information provided by the buyer when placing an order is binding.
The buyer is responsible for the contact information of the recipient that he or she provides to ABACA, and ABACA can’t be hold responsible of errors made by the buyer.
A fee of $15 to $30 will be charged to the buyer if the delivery person is forced to go to an address different from the one provided, or to go back to our boutique.
Make sure the address of the recipient is accurate and complete, and verify that he or she will be present the day of the delivery. Do not hesitate to communicate as much information as possible to the delivery person. The delivery is not guaranteed if the information provided are inaccurate or incomplete.
Fleuriste Abaca will communicate with the recipient before making each delivery in order to ensure someone is present at the address indicated and that this person accepts the delivery in person (this condition is not negotiable).
We will not leave any deliveries outside the door.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not provide a Canadian phone number to contact the recipient.
Delivery instructions at specific times are not guaranteed nor are special requests.
Availability of products
Our offers are subject to the availability of the products. In this case, ABACA reserves the right to deliver a product with similar characteristics, in terms of size and quality.
The pictures we use are not binding.
Deliveries on statutory holidays and winter storms
On statutory holidays (particularly on Valentine’s day, on Mother’s Day, and during the Holiday season) and winter storms, ABACA is committed to do everything possible and reasonable to respect the delays and delivery dates agreed upon, however can’t guarantee any deliveries within the block of time specified by the buyers.
The buyers accept that the deliveries can be made at any moment of the day, or the day preceding, agreed upon, because of the larger volume of deliveries during these periods of time. ABACA is not responsible of any delays, late deliveries, or non-deliveries, and the buyers can’t claim any damages whatsoever.
No reimbursements are made for a cancellation on the day of an order.
Since we use perishable items and our time is precious, we can’t cancel or modify orders already in production. Only delivery costs can be reimbursed.

Any claims relating to the products delivered must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Such claims will be processed with rigorous care, and your good faith will be presumed. The potential damages will under no circumstances exceed the total of the related order.

Guarantee of satisfaction
A delay of 48 hours is granted to the buyers to let us know about their dissatisfaction with a product delivered. It will be our pleasure to promptly replace such product delivered. Of course, the buyers will get a refund in case of a non-delivery following an error on our end.
